Frosted Zucchini Brownies

2 Cups Flower
1/3 Cup Cocoa
1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
2 Cups Finely Shredded Zucchini
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
2 tsp Vanilla
   
Combine Flour, Cocoa, Baking Soda, and Salt. Set aside. Combine Zucchini, Sugar and Oil. Add this mixture to the other dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in Nuts and Vanilla. Spread in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Frosting

1/4 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Milk
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup mini marshmallows
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Walnuts

Melt Butter in saucepan. Stir in Sugar & Milk. Bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in Chocolate Chips and Marshmallows. Stir until melted and smooth. Add Vanilla. Spread over brownies. Immediately cover with nuts. Frosting sets quickly.
