Blueberry Cream Cheese Desert

Crust

20-22 Squares Graham Crackers (Crushed)

2 Tbls. Sugar

6 Tbls. melted Butter or Margarine

Combine Ingredients.  Pat ingredients into a pan & chill.

 

Filling

1 8oz Package Cream Cheese

1 Can Sweetened Condensed milk

1/3 cup bottled lemon juice

1 tsp Vanilla

1-2 Cans of Blueberry Pie Filling

 

Soften Cream Cheese to room temperature.  Whip until fluffy.  Add condensed milk and whip.  Add lemon juice and vanilla and whip again.  Pour onto crust.  Chill 2-3 hours before garnishing with Blueberry Pie filling.  Crush one additional graham cracker over Blueberry Pie Filling and serve.
